The Story Behind the Project

At Clevergy, we share countless epic moments, inside jokes, and launch stories. To celebrate the team and add a fun, meme-filled touch to company culture, I designed and produced a complete set of 50 collectible trading cards.

From Physical to Digital:

  1. Printed Physical Edition: High-quality cardstock printing packaged inside individual protective plastic sleeves, just like classic childhood booster packs.
  2. Team Distribution: Every teammate received two copies of their personal card (one to keep, one to trade or display) plus special meme cards (such as Mr Bug, Slack Peace Perturbator, Infinite Thread, etc.).
  3. Interactive Web App: Created clevergy-cards.pages.dev where anyone can flip cards, search by name, or sort by power level.

Anatomy of a Card

Every card features two detailed sides filled with humor and personality:

1. Front Side

  • Custom Artwork: Illustrated avatar of the teammate or company meme.
  • Power Level: Custom power score badge (e.g. Power ∞, Power 100).
  • Character Name & Title: Unique title (e.g., Mr Bug - Slack Peace Perturbator, Silvia Finanzas - CFO Runner Manager).

2. Back Side

  • Lore & Description: Funny backstory and company lore.
  • Special Abilities: Superpowers and humorous work traits (e.g. @CHANNEL CHAOTIC, BREAK-DEPLOY, INFINITE THREAD).
  • Combat Stats: Attributes (EVIL ∞, WORM 987, BUG 999).
  • Unique QR Code: Scanning the QR code on the physical card takes you straight to the interactive digital card online.
